Users (individuals providing property details to buy or sell off-market/distressed properties)
Agents (individuals scouting off-market or distressed properties for MCI Partner)

2. Data Collected

Users

  • Identity & Contact: name, email, phone number.
  • Property Details: address, condition, foreclosure/mortgage status, homeowner notes.
  • Financial Info: payout account details (bank account, Zelle email/phone, PayPal email, CashApp $Cashtag).

Agents

  • Scout Information: name, email, phone number, area of operation, property insights.
  • Payout Information: bank account details, Zelle email/phone, PayPal email, CashApp $Cashtag.

Technical

PHP session cookie for authentication. No analytics or advertising cookies are used.

3. Methods of Collection

  • Forms on our website (e.g., contact, account sign-up/update, property submission).
  • Email and phone inquiries (phone is saved but not used for marketing calls).
  • Automatic capture of session cookie when logged in.

4. Use of Information

  • To evaluate properties, generate offers, and facilitate closings.
  • To verify agent credentials and process agent payouts.
  • To send transactional emails (offers, status updates). We do not use phone numbers for unsolicited calls.
  • To comply with legal obligations (anti-money-laundering, recordkeeping).

5. Data Sharing

We share personal data under the following circumstances:

  • Third-Party Investors: vetted investors receive user property and contact information under NDA for purchasing decisions.
  • Service Providers: payment processors, email hosting, CRM and cloud storage providers bound by confidentiality agreements.
  • Legal Requirements: law enforcement, court orders, or to enforce our Terms of Service.

6. Data Retention

We retain data indefinitely to support transactions, legal compliance, and future service needs. Though data is kept until deletion is requested, certain records may remain if required by law (e.g., transaction logs).
